The Thomas County Extension Office-part of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL) Extension system—provides residents with reliable, research-based education and resources to strengthen agriculture, families, youth, and the greater community.
Serving the Central Sandhills Area, the Extension Office helps individuals and businesses make informed decisions through programs, workshops, and local support.
Our mission is simple: to bring practical, science-backed knowledge to the people of Thomas County and help them put that knowledge to work.
